Empowering Morning at Urban Assembly School for Collaborative Healthcare
A special thank you to CofU board member, Jodie Patterson, and staff member, Nicole Smith, for an incredibly empowering morning at Urban Assembly School for Collaborative Healthcare.
The UASCH 9th grade girls–who have really struggled over the past year–watched a short documentary (called “Women on Top”) and participated in a thoughtful and engaging conversation with Jodie and the film’s producer, Leigh Davenport, about what it means to be a woman.
