In 1988, Eric Komoroff found the inspiration for his life’s work where he least expected it: on a sidewalk in New York City.

Komoroff is the driving force behind the nonprofit Community of Unity (CofU), which teaches life skills to kids who might otherwise never learn that life skills existed.
